The author (Marcelin Flandrin) died 62 years ago (in 1957) so this photograph is not in the public domain in Morocco (death+70 years for a non-anonymous photograph). Le Petit Chat (talk) 16:53, 17 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The new Copyright Law of Morocco was not retroactive; it did not restore copyright in works whose copyright had already expired. See article 69. Under the old copyright law (according to an older version of Template:PD-Morocco: [1]) photographs had a copyright duration of 50 years since production. This postcard from the 1920s or 1930s would therefore have entered the public domain in the 1980s, and would have since remained PD in Morocco. Since it entered the PD in Morocco before 1996, it would also still be PD in the U.S. So unless there is some special rule somewhere in intervening copyright laws of Morocco that restored copyright on photographs:  Keep.
