Info The foreground shows the place where Lake Geneva ends and the Rhone River begins, and for this reason I believe it may also be of encyclopedic relevance. The subject depicts the Pont de la Machine, a pedestrian built in 1887, it is also the oldest engineering structure of the City of Geneva.
